We have a solution, with the offset the holes on the hook and slim backing plate made specifically to miss the inside lip and square tubing brace under the top of the bucket.
 
-Mounting holes are 3/4" from the rear edge of the plate and overall length is 3" 
-Bucket backing plate is only 1.5" wide to fit behind the square tubing.
 
-CNC cut and welded in house.

-3/8 fully forged welded on chain hook.
